Do you have a background in Engineering Maintenance and are looking to take a step away from hands on work, working for one of the largest UK engineering powerhouses in the UK where you'll receive comprehensive training and support to become a fully qualified Apprenticeship Mentor?

Do you want a varied job in which you will be contributing towards impacting the future of MOD Engineers and passing your knowledge through one to one coaching, assessing, an innovating learning practices?

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a multi-billion-pound global engineering services company who have an industry reputation for providing one of the top training and progression programs in the industry. The company often works with the Royal Navy and the MOD in several large-scale projects around the UK & are renowned for its commitment to innovation and technology.

In this role, you will assess, mentor, and guide apprentices, ensuring compliance with standards and frameworks to facilitate successful qualification achievement. This role involves setting training objectives, mentoring, and verifying diploma programs for learners in the workplace, while also reviewing progress and providing feedback. You will also be managing documentation, meeting operational benchmarks, safeguarding assets in line with GDPR regulations, and engaging with a diverse array of stakeholders, including employers, learners, awarding bodies, and internal teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient learning environment.

This role would suit an candidate with an Engineering Maintenance background looking to take the next steps in their career to develop and inspire the next generation.
