Our client, a prestigious and well-established accountancy practice based in Poole, is looking for a Semi-Senior/Senior Auditor to join their expanding audit team. Key Responsibilities:- Leading or assisting on a variety of audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Conducting audits across a diverse client base, including SMEs, large corporates, and not-for-profit organisations.
- Preparing audit reports, highlighting key findings, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact during audits.
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in audit standards and regulations.
- Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of audit experience within a practice environment.
- Strong understanding of UK audit regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
