Financial Accountant

CMA has been engaged to recruit for our Poole based client, they are a leader within their specialist field and their requirement is for an Interim Financial Accountant to join asap.You will report into a Senior Project Accountant and be involved in various finance systems projects within this dynamic finance department.Our client offers a salary of up to £50,000 and an excellent range of benefits and flexible and hybrid working. What will the Interim Financial Accountant role involve?

• Assisting in budget and forecast reporting using bespoke accounting software and Excel;
• Creation of year-end reports senior management;
• Assisting in the preparation of Group statutory accounts to strict deadlines;
• Working with the wider finance team and supporting ongoing finance projects.

Suitable Candidate for the Interim Financial Accountant vacancy:

• Part or qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA or similar level qualifications; 
• Experience with budget and forecast preparations and able to present this information to senior management;
• Previous reporting skills and happy to deliver complex financial data;
• Analytical mindset and problem solving skills.
