As Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing monthly closing procedures and ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Preparing detailed financial reports and analyses for stakeholders
- Conducting financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets
As Financial Controller, your skills and experience will include:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in financial management, preferably in a group of businesses and fast-paced environments
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA) with strong financial accounting skills
- Proven track record of managing and developing finance teams
- Experience with financial analysis, strategic planning, and budgeting
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
