A Management Accountant role is being recruited by an established and successful business based in Poole. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and overseeing 1 member of staff you will be responsible for:* production, review and presentation of month end management accounts* P & L and balance sheet review* departmental performance analysis* VAT return* management and development of an accounts assistantSuitable Candidates:* Qualified/Part Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)* Strong IT skills especially Excel* Strong management and financial accounting skills* Good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with internal and external decision makers* Able to work as part of a teamGood working environment, friendly team, 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays,on site parking, pension and other benefits.
