Chartered wealth management practice based in the heart of Poole are recruiting for a IFA Administrator to join their team to carry out all administration duties to fully support Financial Planners and Paraplanners.

Ideal candidates will have previous IFA administration experience and therefore have a understanding of the Financial Planning process, you will be confident in communicating with HNW via telephone and email. Experience of working on XPlan would be advantageous.

In return you will receive a salary of upto £32,000, 3% pension contribution, 25 days holiday + BH, study support with genuine career opportunities, flexi start times, early finish on a Friday, free parking and eyecare.

Daily duties...

• Obtain valuations, information and product details for analysis

• Liaise with product providers and other third parties

• Process new business, withdrawals, fund switches and follow through to completion, working closely with the Paraplanner

• Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties

• Book in annual review meetings with clients and manage a Financial Planner’s diary

• Make up and maintain compliant files
