Service Administrator, Poole (hybrid), £32,000

As Service Administrator you’ll play an integral role as part of a busy service department. As Service Administrator you’ll provide administrative support by scheduling engineers and dealing with customer enquiries whilst ensuring jobs are completed in line with company standards and customer expectations. You’ll ensure the smooth running of the team whilst offering an excellent service to your clients.

Service Administrator Responsibilities: -

  • To provide the Service department with administrative support by scheduling jobs and ensuring all legislative documentation is filed correctly and up to date
  • To deal with customer enquiries, directing to the necessary department as required 
  • To assist the spares department with quotations and enquires
  • Invoicing of completed jobs
  • Manging / ordering parts required for engineers site visits including booking of delivering of spares to site
  • General administrative support

Service Administrator Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience within an administrative role ideally within engineering and/or service coordinator/ Helpdesk or similar   
  • Strong administrative skills, including filing, preparing documents, receipting, and record-keeping
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Office and familiar with SAP/ ERP based systems
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Attention to detail - Thorough in carrying out a task, with a high degree of accuracy
