What you'll be doing:
Sourcing and screening top talent
Building strong candidate relationships
Supporting consultants with live vacancies
Managing job boards, adverts, and applications
Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
What we're looking for:
A team player with excellent communication skills
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Previous recruitment, resourcing, or administration experience is a bonus - but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
