Maritime Operations Officer, Poole, £30,000 DOE

Embark on a new adventure with Rubicon's client – a leader in cutting-edge maritime technology. We're searching for a dedicated Maritime Operations Officer to supper the Head of Operations in ensuring that clients’ vessels stay safe and informed, navigating the world’s waters with confidence.

As Maritime Operations Officer you’ll be based at their new modern and open plan offices. You’ll benefit from 25 days holiday + plus BH’s, free parking, pension scheme, health care benefits after 3 months and the opportunity to progress within a growing business.

As Maritime Operations Officer you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing captains with vital security information and updates
  • Supporting clients efficiently through emails and phone calls
  • Monitoring vessel routes for safety and compliance
  • Releasing real-time maritime security incident alerts
  • Preparing detailed Route Risk Reports
  • Logging data accurately and ensuring smooth operational standards

Skills & Experienc

  • Maritime experience (at sea or in shore-based operations)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
