The CAD Technician will be responsible for assisting the Design Manager in shaping the newly-formed "Design" Department by utilising the candidate's creativity and knowledge.

• Prepare drawings from site surveys
• Processing works from approved drawings
• Optimise material requirements
• Independently work and manage timescales against project programmes
• Produce plans and technical drawings for projects
• Develop knowledge of the industry
• Make changes to exiting designs

• Proficient in using AutoCAD to produce accurate drawings
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Live within a commutable distance of Poole
