Sales Administrator, Poole, up to £30000

 

 

Our client a solutions provider business who design and sell bespoke, advance equipment have the requirement for a Sales Administrator to join their team.  As Sales Administrator you’ll be responsible for providing day to day support to the sales function.  You’ll work as close nit team ensuring customer orders and projects are delivered within timescale and to customer satisfaction.  

Reporting directly into the Head of Sales you will be instrumental in ensuring quotations are processed onto the ERP system as well as administrating the sales order process and to provide support where required.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

-      Sales quote creation using Sage/ERP system

-      Review of Purchase Orders received and correction with customers where required

-      Generation of Sales orders once contracts have been accepted

-      Review of Purchase Orders received and correction with customers where required

-      Assist with other general administration to support the sales function

-      Support in creation of graphics and marketing materials as required

 

Sales Administrator Skills & Experience Required:

-      Previous experience supporting a sales and/or commercial function, ideally within engineering or manufacturing

-      Strong accuracy skills

-      Excellent organisational skills: - able to manage and prioritise a busy workload

-      Communication skills

-      Excellent IT skills including proficiency in MS office packages and ERP, SAP Sage or similar customer order system
