Overview: A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Videographer to join a fast-paced digital marketing agency. The brand specializes in paid advertising, performance creatives, and email marketing, working with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from startups to large national brands. This role is integral in developing and executing video assets that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate must have experience in videography and possess strong creative skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Role:

The Videographer will be responsible for creating high-converting video content for a range of clients. This includes developing scroll-stopping ad creatives, visiting clients to film products and testimonials, and contributing to the agency’s organic presence through internal filming. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations and are aligned with the agency’s high standards for quality and creativity.

  • Video content creation: Produce high-quality video assets for ads, client projects, and internal purposes.
  • Client collaboration: Visit clients to film their products and testimonials when needed.
  • Agency organic content: Film internal workshops and general office activity for agency promotion.
  • Creative collaboration/ideation: Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm and ideate video concepts.
  • Stay current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in videography and digital marketing.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must be a highly creative individual with at least 2 years of experience in videography, ideally within the eCommerce field. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • 2+ years of experience in videography.
  • Experience in the eCommerce field is a bonus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality video content.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Remote, United Kingdom ( Preference to candidates in and around Poole area)
