Some of the responsibilities and duties within this role:

  • 1st fixing AV cabling
  • 2nd fixing AV equipment
  • Terminating data, coax, speaker outlets
  • Hanging TVs on walls
  • Mounting projectors & cinema screens
  • Lighting control keypads & touchscreens
  • CCTV cameras
  • Reporting to your lead engineer on site.
  • Learning from your lead engineer through the programming and commissioning stages of a project.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in Electrical works
  • Experience working in Prime or Super Prime properties (Ideal but not essential)
  • Good communication skills
  • Motivated to work and learn on the job
  • Not afraid to ask your lead engineer questions
  • Asking your lead what to do next once you have finished a task
  • Assist your lead on fault finding & problem solving
  • Don't hesitate to give your opinion on a problem
