Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely advice on all internal Health, Safety & Environmental matters in line with company policy and procedures.
- Communicate, assess, and action all work-related injuries and accidents.
- Perform internal Health & Safety Inspections and conduct HS&E training as required.
- Maintain HSE certifications as mandated by the municipality and prepare the business for inspections.
- Report key HSE issues and metrics in support of the KPI process.
- Identify and implement root cause corrective actions for key HSE violations and workplace incidents.

Skills and Experience Required


- A degree in Engineering or a Science discipline, coupled with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an HSE management role within a manufacturing or production environment....IDEALLY COMPOSITES
- Proven ability to manage and develop comprehensive Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills to effectively disseminate HSE information throughout the organisation.
