Join our Client, a leading Housing Association with a clear purpose of providing good, affordable homes and a strong ambition to build 25,000 more homes over the next 10 years.

They are looking for a Planned Maintenance Manager to join their Property Services Team, ensuring high-quality property maintenance and improvements are delivered across the Dorset area..

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the operational delivery of property services workstreams, focusing mainly on Planned Works services such as Bathrooms, disabled Aids & Adaptations, and Cyclical Decoration work.
  • Lead a team of approximately 12+ in-house trades and external contractors, ensuring customer-centric, high-quality, and value-for-money services.
  • Maintain high-quality data within the property systems and ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and CDM.
  • Engage with residents and groups to develop co-created services, enhancing customer satisfaction and community involvement.
  • Manage and forecast income and expenditure against budgets, taking actions to mitigate any risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing a direct labour workforce and delivering maintenance services.
  • Strong planning skills with demonstrable knowledge of delivering workstreams in a customer-focused environment.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to operate effectively within financial constraints.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Must be willing to travel as required, have access to a car, and possess a full UK driving licence. This role is subject to a basic DBS disclosure.
