County Foods, a successful supplier of meat products, delicatessen and dry goods to the catering industry, are currently recruiting an additionalPoultry Butcherwith an interest in developing their skills, to work within our busyNight Shift Production Team.
As a Poultry Butcher you will prepare fresh and frozen poultry to a high standard and to individual customer specification for supply to both retail and the catering trade. Training on red meats and other product lines will be provided. Reporting to a Shift Supervisor or Manager, you will work on a butchers block as part of a team of production personnel.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATEwill have previous experience of preparing poultry. You will be both talented and enthusiastic about butchery and ideally have previously worked in fresh meat production for catering establishments. We are looking for people who are both; ambitious and prepared to go the extra mile in order to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
WORKING HOURS:5 or 6 nights, 40 or 48 hours, Sunday to Friday from 10 pm to 7 am. If working 5 nights, your night off will be notified to you at the time of offer or shortly thereafter.

SALARY:£24,960 (40 hours per week) to £29,952 (48 hours per week), plus Night Shift Allowance on qualifying nights.
