Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and success. You will collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals, focusing on creative and data-driven approaches to boost customer acquisition, retention, and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support growth and drive sales.
- Partner with sales, media teams, and external partners to maximise marketing outcomes and explore new opportunities.
- Lead initiatives in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Maintain a consistent brand message across all channels and ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on digital channels and business growth.
- Strong commercial knowledge and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- A desire to have a high level of autonomy.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in budget management and ROI optimisation.
