- Managing the team of direct sales professionals who operate on a self-employed basis
- Leading sales meetings, 1:1s and coaching sessions to drive performance and accountability
- Creating and developing a sales process, to encompass activities from lead generation to the close of sales to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Managing the Sales Operations function, including overseeing the CRM, compliance and also reporting
- Leading the recruitment, onboarding and retention of sales professionals
- Providing support in the field and on deals to enhance conversion rates
- Monitoring compliance with the FCA standards and processes
- Fantastic strong experience within a sales management capacity, with a proven track record of building and developing thriving sales teams
- Exposure to managing B2C self-employed direct sales teams for several years
- Excellent CRM management
- Good exposure to direct-to-consumer environments
- Strong working knowledge of FCA standards
