Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set, and operate CNC grinding machines for precision manufacturing.
- Interpret customer drawings to determine the most effective grinding methods.
- Select and use appropriate inspection equipment to maintain high-quality standards.
- Conduct first-off inspections and assist other team members with their inspections.
- Continuously collaborate with colleagues to improve production and quality processes.

What You Bring:
- Proven experience in CNC grinder programming, setting, and operating.
- Experience working in a quality-controlled environment (ISO9001:2015).
- Strong knowledge of grinding processes, conditions, and wheel specifications.
- Fanuc experience is beneficial but not neccessary
