CNC Turner, Poole, £45,000

Are you passionate about precision engineering? If you have experience with Fanuc controls and programming CNC Lathes, this position offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, local business on a permanent contract!

Role Overview:

As CNC Turner you'll play a crucial role manufacturing high quality, precision products. Our client is a UK leading supplier, with over 35 years of successful business. You will be working in spacious and modern facilities, equipped with the latest machines and quality tools.

  • Overtime available at X1.5 rate

Key Duties as a CNC Turner:

  • Programming CNC machines and conducting basic inspections
  • Operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality components
  • Working from technical drawings and specifications to ensure products meet required standards
  • Manual handling, including loading the machine
    Performing tool changes and machine setups
  • General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment

Your CNC Turner experience will include:

  • Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines
  • Fanuc programming experience
  • Experience producing high quality products, in both small and large batches
  • Competency reading and understanding technical drawings
