We are recruiting a Site Manager for our client a Dorset based contractor.

The Site Managers role is working within the residential, education, leisure and commercial contractor sectors, across Dorset.

The role is offering the right individual an excellent opportunity to develop their career with a quality builder who is offering a competitive market salary and generous employment package. Your new company:This contractor has been successfully building for over 40 years. They cover a range of new build and refurbishment projects across two arms of the business (Construction and General works). The construction division looks after schemes from £1-8 million which includes bespoke homes, through to pub/restaurant refurbishments and new build schools with local authorities. Boasting a current annual turnover of circa £10 million, they are now looking to grow the business and look for an additional Site Manager to join their team. Your new role:At present the Construction Division have a 2 teams running separate multi-million projects within Hampshire and Dorset. Due to growth and winning contracts with new clients they are looking to recruit a Site Manager.

What you’ll need to succeed:To succeed in the role you will need to be an experienced Site Manager who has worked for a Contractor and have the personality to understand the demands and ethos of a privately owned company. The company are very 'hands on’ and practical in their operations and your work ethic must reflect this. Ideally experience will be from a residential or commercial contractor / sub-contractor.
