Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be partnering with our Client to gain a L&D Trainer. This newly created role is based in Poole and is paying up to £31,000 DOE.
This role can be 2 or 3 days a week or full-time.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a wide range of courses including mandatory courses and the company induction programme
- Assisting with the development of new course materials and ensure existing course materials are kept up to date
- Conducting on-the-job observations and assessments of competency of employees who have attended training
- Ensuring that your own subject expertise is kept up to date
Reporting into a fantastic Director of People and Training, this role is vital to ensure that employees and managers are trained to meet mandatory requirements and are enabled to develop in their own roles.
You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in both a social care and L&D environment. You will also hold a UK driving licence and be happy to travel to different sites across the south on a daily basis. This is an extremely varied role with no two days being the same!
