GSL Education is thrilled to assist a wonderful primary school in Poole in finding a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Year 4 Class Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator looking for a flexible working arrangement, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
About the Role:
- Teach a Year 4 class on a part-time basis (3 days a week).
- Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students to reach their full potential.
- Work closely with a supportive team of teachers and staff to ensure the success of all pupils.
- Plan, assess, and provide constructive feedback to ensure individual progress.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment that nurtures both academic and personal growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with experience teaching in primary schools, ideally with Year 4 or KS2 experience.
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping children achieve their best.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach with a commitment to providing a supportive and engaging learning experience.
- The ability to work effectively in a team, with a focus on collaboration and sharing best practices.
- A willingness to consider a permanent role at the end of the summer term for the right candidate.
