NQ Probate Lawyer/Legal Executive
Our well-regarded client are looking for an NQ Probate Lawyer/Legal Executive to join their Wills & Probate team in Poole.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients. The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Attributes include:
- Will be presentable, flexible and maintain a friendly and approachable persona.
- You will be able to demonstrate an excellent standard of client care
- Career progression available
- You will be expected to take on an already busy caseload of quality private client matters
- Will be ambitious and able to handle all aspects of drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and the Probate process from inception through to completion with supervision.
They are a firm that will look to support and develop your career from day one and this is a prolific opportunity for the right individual to flourish in a collaborative team environment.
They will look to provide a starting salary for aNQ Probate Lawyer/Legal Executive of between £50,000 - £55,000 and this will look to increase, once established. Part time opportunities are available, depending on the right candidate.
