An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller / Accounts Assistantwith ideally 3 years’ experience to join a leading supplier of PPE, workwear, and safety equipment. You will bemanaging and controlling debts, collecting invoices, and ensuring effective credit management while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer account queries as a primary contact.
  • Leading weekly meetings with sales divisions to address and resolve key issues.
  • Managing customer portals and performing account reconciliations.
  • Evaluating new and existing accounts for creditworthiness and suggesting appropriate terms.
  • Collecting and managing customer accounts to optimise cash flow and reduce risk.
  • Managing month-end invoicing and promptly resolving invoice and payment issues.

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally have 3 years’ experience in credit control.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with customer portals and account reconciliation.
  • Right to work in the UK.
