What Youll Do:
As a Credit Controller, youll:
  • Be the trusted point of contact for customer account queries, building long-lasting relationships.
  • Proactively manage and reduce customer debt, ensuring smooth cash flow.
  • Evaluate creditworthiness for new and existing accounts, setting smart credit terms.
  • Handle account reconciliations, including integration tasks (EDI).
  • Distribute account statements, overdue letters, and credit reports.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and finance teams to solve issues and improve processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to robust financial procedures.

About you:
  • Experience in credit control and a knack for managing accounts.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and accounting software.
  • A people person who communicates effectively and builds relationships with ease.
  • Analytical and solution-focused, with resilience under pressure.
  • Friendly, confident, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
