Poole Office-Based Role

Monday to Friday

Working between 7am and 6pm.

Role Overview: Handle and coordinate faults related to Electric Vehicle Charging. Manage calls, emails, and engineer appointments, ensuring all issues are resolved within contract requirements.

Main Duties:

• Report and assign faults to the appropriate teams.
• Respond to emails and book appointments for engineers.
• Take calls from customers and engineers.
• Support local management with admin tasks.

Skills Required:

• Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage your time well.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Prior admin experience is preferred.
