The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is seeking a Service Administrator to join a well-established main dealership group in Poole with an incredible facility and brilliant aftersales department.
As a Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the service department, ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks, liaising with customers and technicians, and maintaining accurate records.
Are you an experienced Service Advisor, looking for less customer interaction? New to the motor industry in customer service and looking for a pathway towards Service Advisor in a premium brand? Or, are you a Sales Administrator, who fancies a change to the dark side, this could be for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Verify that all customer information is accurately updated in internal systems before their scheduled visit.
Conduct a detailed review of job cards before the service appointment.
Reach out to customers who haven’t yet completed the online check-in process.
Generate and dispatch quotes for additional services or repair needs.
Assist service advisors with administrative tasks related to digital communications (non-customer-facing or telephone role).
Handle invoicing for both retail and warranty services.
Perform recall checks and log transaction codes for all retail bookings.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £28,500
OTE: £31,800.
Progression Opportunities to Service Advisor - Should that be a progression route of choice.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00pm - Saturdatys on a rota - 2 on 4 off.
