Digital Marketing Executive

We have a new exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a successful business and one of the largest providers in financial services based in Poole.

The role will take ownership of their social media and website content, with a strong focus on lead generation, ROI and sales marketing. With creativity with strategic thinking, working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to optimise digital campaigns to convert sales and strengthen their market position.

You will receive:

Responsibilities:

  • Running social media channels - crafting engaging, multi-channel campaigns that increases lead generation, boosts audience growth, and builds a community for current and potential clients.
  • Design email campaigns throughout the different stages of the customer journey to enhance both client retention and lead generation.
  • Work alongside third-party suppliers to boost paid advertising conversions through Google, social media and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop, design and implement a content strategy, including the production of videos, infographics and online blogs
  • Maintain and optimise the website utilising both technical and content SEO to increase traffic and conversion rates.
  • Work with their inhouse insight analyst to use marketing data and insights to refine strategies to ensure continued improvement.

Experience:

  • Strong experience with social media and website content, with a focus on lead generation, ROI and sales marketing ideally within property, finance or service providers.
  • Creative thinker who also understands the importance of strategy and commercially based decisions.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the capabilities to understand and flex to a brand tone-of-voice.
  • Experience in lead generation, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Preferably has previous experience with tools like Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
