Nursery Assistant / Nursery Practitioner / Pre-school Practitioner

Full time and Part time roles available 2,3, 4 or 5 days per week, working between 8am and 6pm.

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Nursery and Pre-school practitioners. We are a stunning setting in the heart of Poole with a friendly and supportive team! The pre-school and nursery are looking for two new staff to work in their dedicated babies, toddlers or Pre-school unit.

Hours:

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal Nursery practitioner/ Pre-school Practitioner will;

  • Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
  • Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
  • Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 2/3 (or above) or equivalent in childcare.
  • Be able to work well in a team

Key responsibilities:- Implement educational activities and programs based on early childhood education principles.- Utilize effective communication to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.- Maintain a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.- Drive and promote a positive learning experience.- Supervise and engage with children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being. :)
