Prospero Teaching are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Graduate Teaching Assistants in Poole and Bournemouth. This opportunity is perfect for recent graduates who are exploring the possibility of a degree in education or are looking to gain practical classroom experience.

Position Details:

  • Location - Bournemouth/Poole, Dorset
  • Position - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Minimum Daily Rate - £85
  • Hours - 9:00-3.00pm (Term Time only) Monday - Friday
  • Start Date - ASAP

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students who need extra help.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Gain valuable insight into school operations and classroom management.

What We're Looking For:We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are passionate about education and working with young people.
  • Hold a degree in any subject (or are on track to graduate).
  • Are considering pursuing a PGCE, teacher training, or a related educational qualification.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are proactive, patient, and adaptable.
  • A DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
