A well-established electrical and fire alarm company based in Dorset is seeking an approved electrician to join the team. With extensive experience in the industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical sectors, the company continues to grow and expand its services.
Role Overview:We are looking for a skilled electrician to carry out a range of electrical works in domestic and commercial properties across Hampshire, Dorset, and occasionally surrounding counties.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring compliance with NIC EIC accreditation requirements.
- Conducting electrical testing, certifications, and condition reporting.
- Installing and replacing consumer units and distribution boards.
- Carrying out partial and full rewires of domestic properties.
- Performing reactive maintenance work.
- Completing emergency lighting remedial tasks.
- Conducting portable appliance testing.
- Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per year (40 hours per week).
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified electrician with the following:
- Completed apprenticeship.
- City & Guilds 236 (Part 1 & 2).
- City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing).
- City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition).
