About the Role:
This role will be responsible for the development of electronic and electrical systems design for a company who specialise within the Maritime industry and to provide your input and technical skills towards the team and business.
Skills and Expereince:
- Experience of electrical and electronic systems and product design.
- Experience of using microcontrollers such as PIC.
- Familiar with RS422, RS232, Ethernet and LVDS.
- Demonstrable experience of risk mitigation and ALARP.
- Solid understanding and demonstrable experience of undertaking design, safety and process FMEA.
- Knowledge of PCB Design - Altium
Previous experience in aerospace, defence or maritime or a similar industry is a preferred but not essential.
