Salary:Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours:37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday 8.30am 5pm, with 1 hour for lunch

A leading Manufacturer who supplies high value engineered products to a variety of customers around the UK and Europe are looking to recruit an Project Co-ordinator to join their projects team.

The company is experiencing growth and in line with their plans for the future are adding to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a growing company where you will be supporting the projects team who currently have over 25 live projects running, varying in length with all administration & coordination.

Your key responsibilities will include the following;

Liaise and provide general project support to a field-based team

Process and manage project orders

Daily monitoring/chasing of project task completion

Monitor and report on key stage progress & updating master project plan

Attend project meetings and provide admin support

Manage movements of project materials for design and tests

Monitor completion and updates of project risk assessments

Manage logistics for importing equipment

Collate and check off completion of required project documentation including documenting & actioning any changes to order

Manage Drawing control

Post project performance and cost analysis

Schedule and organise project debrief

Superuser of project management in house system

Additions to technical register

Manage stock list audit/movements etc

Liaise with Service co-ordinator re: project resource

Arrange travel and accommodation for project team members

Our ideal candidate;

Proven/recent experience in a similar sales / project support role

Able to multitask as well as prioritise and manage own workload

Detail orientated with strong planning and organisation skills

Literate, numerate, good IT skills with experience across Microsoft Office

Confident communication skills including face to face

Experience of complex capital projects would be advantageous

Experience of having or have worked within a Technical / Engineering / Manufacturing company would be advantageous

Experience of project management systems would be advantageous
