The Role:This is amaternity cover position,supporting aSenior Partner and Sales Directoras well as other team members. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at the highest level of the organisation. Youll be responsible formanaging schedules, communications, projects, and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted confidant and problem-solver.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary & Travel Management:Scheduling meetings, coordinating national and international travel, and optimising logistics for efficiency.
- Communication & Correspondence:Managing emails, calls, and confidential information, responding on behalf of executives when needed.
- Meeting & Event Support:Preparing agendas, presentations, and reports, taking minutes, and tracking action points.
- Project & Business Support:Assisting withspecial projects, stakeholder relations, and business development initiativesfor the Cruise Division.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management:Acting as a key liaison betweenexecutives, clients, and internal teamsto ensure smooth collaboration.
- Expense & Document Management:Handling expense tracking, document preparation, and process optimisation.
- Proven experienceas anExecutive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administratorin a fast-paced environment.
- Strongorganisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
- Acommercial mindsetwith the confidence to manage upwards and keep senior leaders focused.
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Highattention to detail, integrity, and discretionwhen handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)and other business tools.
- A proactive,problem-solving attitudewith the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
