This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, leading audit engagements, and taking on increasing responsibility within a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Reviewing audit work to ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Assisting with business development and identifying new opportunities
  • Ensuring audits are completed on time and within budget
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
