A Finance Manager is being recruited exclusively for our Poole based manufacturing client to ensure accurate and on time management reporting and insightful business intelligence. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the finance function for the company including:* All aspects of purchase ledger* Credit control and cash flow forecasting* Processing bank payments and reconciliations* Preparation of monthly payroll* Production of monthly management accounts including commentary and KPIs* Production of regular margin analysis reports and ensuring any necessaryaction is taken* Stock reporting including cycle counting and adjustments made* Balance sheet reconciliations* Completion of annual audit file and liaison with auditors* Assisting with annual budget preparation and creation and monitoring projectbudgets* Review and submission of VAT return* Control of operating and capital expenditure* Ensuring processes and procedures are in place and robust and anyimprovements madeA formal qualification is not essential, but experience in a similar role within an SME would be desirable, together with good analytical and Advanced Excel skills. Strong communication skills and attention to detail would also be essential qualities. Knowledge of Xero and manufacturing experience would be an advantage.
