Venture Recruitment Partners are supporting a market-leading specialist manufacturer with their recruitment for a Finance Manager, based in Poole.This is an exciting time to join a business backed by private equity and with an established client base, who are experiencing significant commercial growth. They are also renowned in Dorset for their flexible hybrid pattern and fantastic working environment.As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's financial strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.Having trained in Practice, The FD has a strong track record of supporting individuals make the transition to industry as well as offering exponential career development to all Finance employees.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing working capital management and the production of cash flow forecasts.
  • Leading a team responsible for payroll, VAT, and HMRC processes.
  • Supporting the production of the Company Accounts to UK GAAP within the group reporting timetable and preparing all management information reporting.
  • Supporting audit processes and liaising with internal and external audit teams as required.
