They are also renowned in Dorset for their flexible hybrid pattern and fantastic working environment.As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's financial strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.Having trained in Practice, The FD has a strong track record of supporting individuals make the transition to industry as well as offering exponential career development to all Finance employees.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing working capital management and the production of cash flow forecasts.
- Leading a team responsible for payroll, VAT, and HMRC processes.
- Supporting the production of the Company Accounts to UK GAAP within the group reporting timetable and preparing all management information reporting.
- Supporting audit processes and liaising with internal and external audit teams as required.
