Our client is seeking a Head of Accountancy Services to work in their Practice.
This is a relatively new but fast growing accountancy practice who are looking for someone to grow with them. They are looking for a dynamic Head of Accountancy Services to lead and enhance client offering.
They break the norm in terms of a Practice environment. They pride themselves on a refreshingly approachable, less formal style that ensures clients feel valued, understood and supported. A very modern approach and looking for that person that is dedicated to delivering outstanding personalised services that extend beyond just the numbers!
As Head of Accountancy Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering outstanding accounting and advisory services to their clients. You will lead and develop the Accounting Team, ensuring a high standard of client service, technical excellence and efficiency. This is a strategic leadership role. It requires a strong commercial mindset and a proactive approach.
You will have experience in leading and managing an accounting team in a practice environment. You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
You will need to match the Company culture with a forward thinking mindset embracing technology and modern accounting solutions. Experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero or FreeAgent.
