Senior Finance Business Partner - Poole - Up to £75,000 + Bonus & Fantastic Benefits

Reporting directly to the Divisional Finance Director, you will lead a small team of Business Partners, providing strategic financial support and analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identifying and driving cost-saving initiatives through construction project life cycles
  • Producing detailed cost centre reports and variance analysis, presenting to various committees and stakeholders.
  • Leading the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and ad-hoc financial outturns.
  • Providing continuous support to budget holders, ensuring financial understanding and accuracy.
