A Senior Finance Business Partner is being recruited by Bond Williams Accounting & Finance for a large, established organisation based in Poole for a 12 month contract. As Senior Finance Business Partner, you would report to the F P & A Manager and have responsibility for provision of a full business partnering service for activities and stakeholders you are partnering:

  • collaborate with departments to improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting
  • drive analysis and deliver insight linking financial reports to strategy
  • financial training and coaching to managers
  • support development of tools to provide financial management and scenario planning for budget holders
  • produce development of tools to provide financial management and planning for budget holders
  • contribute to the integration of planning and budgeting processes
  • working with customers to identify financial risks and opportunities
  • tracking of financial performance against budgets and forecasts
  • analyse and suggest improvements that could be made to current systems, structure and reporting

You will need to be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with substantial post qualified experience within a large organisation, experience of business partnering with different stakeholders and knowledge of statutory and management accounts preparation and variance analysis. Previous experience of working with budget managers would also be required and some project management experience and knowledge of ERP systems would be an advantage. Excellent Excel skills are essential, together with strong communication skills are essential in order to liaise at all levels internally and externally. An excellent working environment is offered along with hybrid working of approx 2 days in office, 16% pension, 26 days holiday. .
