- Process new business applications, withdrawals and fund switches through to completion.
- Communicate both written and verbally with client, providers and other third parties
- Obtain valuations and product information for analysis
- Supporting the Advisors, carrying out administrative duties throughout the process.
- Schedule and book in review meetings, managing FA diary
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role within a financial planning firm
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
- Professional manner
