Financial planning practice who are part of a renowned network are recruiting within their office in Poole for a experienced financial services administrator to work within a team to support the Director with all areas of administration.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the financial planning processes from working within a similar role, have obtained or be working towards either the diploma in Financial planning or the certificates.

This is a full time office based position where you will receive a salary of up to £32,000, support towards exams/ opportunity into paraplanning, element of flexibility on hours and 3% pension contributions.

  • Carry out research for client meetings
  • Drafting meeting checklist summary
  • Collating meeting packs, including disclosure docs and applications
  • Updating valuation schedules
  • Discuss client objectives with Practice Principle
  • Attend post meeting debriefs, taking detailed & salient notes
  • Update feedback to IO system
  • Undertake research to identify suitable solutions to meet the clients needs
  • Prepare information/comparisons for analysis
  • Fund switches
  • Complete application forms and proposals
  • Act as main technical point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication
  • Review investment portfolio, asset allocation, risk profile etc
