SOP Administrator, Full-Time, Permanent, Poole, up to £25k
As Administrator, the primary function of this role is sales order processing, from generating sales order to dispatch notes. The role will include scanning and filing and archive management and eventually include light stock control duties.
Responsibilities of a SOP Administrator:
- Process Customer Purchase Orders
- Generate and maintain Sales Orders
- Raise Contract Reviews as necessary
- Update Part Prices as necessary
- Create Despatch notes to ship parts to Customer
- Scan and file Job Cards when complete
As an Administrator you will have:
- Ability to work with Microsoft suite of programs, especially Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
