HR Administrator - Poole - Up to £28,000 - 6 Month FTC Are you an experienced HR Administrator eager to support with a transformation programme?Do you have experience working as a HR Administrator?If yes, then read on to see what's on offer!What you'll be doing:In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and tracking progress throughout the change programme. You will take meeting minutes and ensure they are distributed to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Additionally, you'll manage HR correspondence, assist with payroll-related administrative tasks, and support employee e-filing while ensuring compliance with GDPR. You will also act as a point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing professional and timely assistance to help ensure smooth operations during the transformation process.About the company: Our client is a global leader in branded entertainment, delivering immersive experiences through unique attractions and world-renowned brands.What we're looking for:

  • Maintain accurate records of change programme progress, tracking milestones and deadlines.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders promptly.
  • Draft, format, and manage correspondence, including letters, emails, and templates.
  • Coordinate the People Team inbox, providing first-line responses and escalating issues as needed.
  • Manage employee e-files and documentation in compliance with GDPR and confidentiality standards.
  • Provide responsive and professional service to employees and managers, addressing queries.
  • Collaborate with the People Team achieve team goals.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
