As a trusted partner to employees and managers, supporting the full employee lifecycle, as the HR Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Being the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers
  2. Managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  3. Supporting recruitment efforts, including liaising with agencies and coordinating interviews
  4. Overseeing the onboarding process to create a seamless and engaging new hire experience
  5. Preparing payroll instructions and liaising with Payroll for accurate and timely processing

As the HR Assistant, your skills and experience will include:

  1. Previous experience in an HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  2. CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it)
  3. Strong IT and HR system skills, with experience maintaining accurate records
  4. A proactive, people-first approach with excellent problem-solving skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and discretion
