Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £14 per hour
Clearance Required: Police NPV Level 2 (or willingness to obtain)
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Mobile Handy Person to join our team, providing general maintenance and repair services across various sites in Poole. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, practical experience, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance duties, including basic plumbing and re-lamping.
- Conducting monthly water temperature checks.
- Minor repairs and maintenance of facilities.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Responding to maintenance requests promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman role.
- Strong general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, basic repairs).
- Full UK driving licence (preferred for mobility between sites).
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Police NPV Level 2 Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
