Part time HR Administrator - Poole - Up to £27,000 FTEAre you an experienced Part Time HR Administrator looking to start a career in HR?Do you have experience working as a Part- Time HR Administrator?If yes, then read on to see what's on offer!What you'll be doing:Support the HR team by handling various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.About the company:The company is a global leader providing advanced solutions across various sectors.What we're looking for:

  • Ensure timely and accurate HR administration, including updating systems with data changes (starters, leavers, etc.) and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, setting up induction plans and facilitating the HR induction meeting.
  • Administer probationary reviews, ensuring all follow-up actions are completed.
  • Take accurate notes during disciplinary, absence, and grievance meetings, ensuring all statements are read and signed.
  • Monitor and manage the HR inbox, responding to queries and addressing requests promptly.
  • Handle the Holiday inbox, managing associated administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Support the recruitment process, focusing particularly on blue-collar agency workers, and track agency workers' data for decisions on permanent contracts.
  • Update the operations headcount spreadsheet and prepare absence statistics for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare contracts of employment and ensure the creation of accurate personnel files.
  • Administer e-learning platforms and track employee compliance.
  • Maintain and update the organisational charts, including photos of new starters.
  • Provide cover for the HR Advisor during absences or peak periods of workload.
