Sales Administrator

Currently looking for a strong sales administrator to join a busy, growing company in Poole.

The Role:

To take, place and chase orders, liaising with Couriers, sending samples, preparing quotes.

Lots of Telephone work. Good command of English both spoken and written. Lots of email communication daily. Fully Computer Literate. Confident outgoing personality.

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
  • Responding to email queries and enquiries.
  • Taking orders, placing orders, and chasing orders.
  • Processing orders.
  • Dealing with queries regarding orders.
  • Liaising with clients and couriers.
  • Prepare samples to be sent out.
  • Prepare quotes for clients.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 1-2 year's experience in administration.
  • or 1-2 year's experience in customer service.
  • Confident on the phones.
  • Good phone manor.

  • Competitive salary: Up to £24,495
  • 25 days holiday (including Christmas closure) rising with years of service, bank holiday.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
