As Sales Administrator, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, managing phone and email enquiries.
- Process customer orders and assist with preparing quotations.
- Support the sales team by preparing tailored proposals.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
As Sales Administrator, you will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administration role, ideally supporting the sales function.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
